We control the casting quality by partnering with certified metallurgical foundries. The microstructure and chemical composition of the castings are verified via optical emission spectrometers to guarantee zero porosity and high tensile strength.
Bore finishing uses vertical diamond honing tools. Cylinder inner bore roughness is held strictly to Ra 0.2–0.4 μm. This prevents premature wear of EPDM rubber seals and guarantees long-term pressure retention.
100% of manufactured cylinders undergo computerized pressure testing (pneumatic leak test up to 1 MPa, hydraulic validation up to 15 MPa). We ensure zero bypass leakage before automated laser marking and packaging.
