1. What materials are used to ensure the reliability of the cylinder body?
We use high-grade nodular cast iron (such as QT450 or G3000 equivalent) and anodized aluminum alloys. Nodular iron provides high tensile strength and burst pressure resistance, making it suitable for heavy-duty commercial truck applications (like Isuzu and Hino systems). For lighter passenger vehicles, we use anodized aluminum to reduce overall weight while protecting the component from internal corrosion.
2. How does the load sensing proportioning valve adapt to different vehicle loads?
The Load Sensing Proportioning Valve (LSPV) adjusts hydraulic pressure to the rear brakes based on the vehicle's payload. When the truck (like the Hilux Kun25) is loaded, the suspension compresses, moving the valve linkage. This allows higher hydraulic pressure to reach the rear brakes to improve stopping power. When empty, the valve limits pressure to the rear brakes to prevent wheel lockup and skidding.

Yes. Our internal seals are made from high-grade Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) rubber. This compound is chemically compatible with glycol-ether-based fluids (DOT 3, DOT 4, and DOT 5.1). EPDM maintains its elasticity, prevents leaks, and avoids swelling or degradation under high operating temperatures.
6. What is the typical lead time for custom container orders?
For standard catalog items, orders are typically fulfilled in 30 to 45 days. For custom OEM designs requiring new mold casting fabrications, the initial sampling takes approximately 30 days, followed by 45 days for full-scale production once the sample is approved.
